A third batch of classified documents found at Biden’s home

An additional five pages of classified documents were found at president Joe Biden’s Delaware home on Saturday, the White House counsel confirmed. A total of six pages of documents with classification markings were uncovered at Biden’s Wilmington residence, CNBC reported. The White House previously said only one page was found there. The Department of Justice took possession of the documents.

The discovery comes nearly three months after the FBI seized more than 100 classified documents from the Florida residence of former president Donald Trump.

GOP demanding Biden visitor logs

The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee is demanding the visitor logs for President Joe Biden’s house in Wilmington, Delaware, Reuters reported.

“Without a list of individuals who have visited his residence, the American people will never know who had access to these highly sensitive documents,” Representative James Comer said in a letter to the White House Chief of Staff.

However, the GOP is being criticized for not demanding the same of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.

SCOTUS to hear cases on Biden’s student debt-relief plan

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to hear two cases concerning President Biden’s student debt forgiveness program. At issue is whether the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students (HEROES) Act provides the necessary authority for the Department of Education to forgive federal student loans, Yahoo reported. The two cases are Biden v. Nebraska and Department of Education v. Brown.

Hunter Biden and daughter court battle over use of his last name

Hunter Biden is asking a court to block an effort by the mother of his 4-year-old daughter who wants the child to take his last name, The Daily Beast reported.

Biden is already engaged in a battle with the mother to reduce his child support payments. Hunter had only admitted paternity after a DNA test. The mother is arguing that the Biden last name is “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful,” according to the New York Post. However, attorneys for Hunter argue now is not the right time for the girl to use the name and that she should decide for herself in the future when “the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height.”
